What counts as an assessment?
Each time you run the AI pipeline against a charity for the first time, that counts as one assessment. Reviewing, editing, or re-scoring an existing assessment does not count.
What happens when my free assessments run out?
Your existing work stays exactly as it is. You can view all your assessments and scoring history. To run new assessments, subscribe — it takes a minute and your workspace carries over.
Do I pay monthly or annually?
Both options are available. Core is £99/month or £990/year, exclusive of VAT. Annual billing works out at roughly two months free compared to paying monthly.
What if I need more assessments?
Paid Core workspaces can add assessment packs for burst usage. Each pack is £125 ex VAT and adds 25 assessments.
What if I manage more than one foundation, client, or programme?
Add another workspace for each separate giving context. Extra workspaces are £29/month or £290/year ex VAT and do not add extra assessment allowance.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a VAT charge?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at checkout where applicable.
We work with a philanthropy adviser. Can they set us up?
Yes. Some advisers include cleargiving as part of their engagement. Get in touch and we can arrange access through that route.
